Dallas Red Foundation is committed to supporting North Texas organizations fighting HIV/AIDS
Dallas Red Foundation is an organization of volunteers dedicated to serving the needs of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. The foundation aims to accomplish this through:
- Organizing fundraising events to finance the endeavors of organizations focused on preventing HIV/AIDS and providing services such as treatment and counseling to affected individuals in North Texas.
- Spreading awareness of HIV/AIDS through various activities to help prevent the further spread of the virus and create opportunities for people whose lives have already been changed by AIDS to get the support they need.
Dallas Red Foundation is known for its signature event, the Red Party. Going strong for nine years, the Red Party seeks to redefine entertainment in the Dallas area by centering it on a worthwhile cause. The 2018 Red Party will be held on September 15 at the South Side Music Hall on Lamar Street, Dallas. It will be the kick-off event for the year’s Dallas Pride Weekend.
Dallas Red Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization previously known as the Red Party Foundation, Inc. The foundation is made up entirely of volunteers, including its elected Board of Directors, who devote thousands of hours every year to ensure the success of its endeavors.
Asian Mint is honored to take part in Dallas Red Foundation’s endeavors
Thank you, Dallas Red Foundation, for choosing Asian Mint to host your February Donor Appreciation Brunch. It’s an honor to take part in your efforts to serve the North Texas community in the way we know best – and that’s making people happy with healthy, flavorful food created in the highest quality possible.
Food is Asian Mint’s own way of serving and giving back to the North Texas community. A portion of the restaurant group’s profits are donated to more than a hundred schools, charities, and non-profit organizations every year. It’s Chef Nikky’s way of proving that a business can be charitable and successful at the same time. Asian Mint does not take a tax write-off for the donations it makes. Here’s a list of Asian Mint’s beneficiaries every year.
Additionally, Asian Mint regularly participates in events with a cause throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Among the events with a cause that Asian Mint took part in are the Dallas for Houston #DTX4HTX Flood Relief Event and the fashion show for the benefit of the Genesis Women’s Shelter.
Chef Nikky is also a member of the Les Dames d’Escoffier International, an organization dedicated to helping the next wave of women in the culinary industry succeed through scholarships and mentorship. She recently received the Business Award at the 2017 Women That Soar Awards
