Asian Mint Hosts Seminar Series on Holistic Health April 23

Hey, Mint Fanatics. Are you looking to grow your holistic health? Do you always feel tired and stressed out, and you’re on the lookout for ways to manage your stress more effectively? If yes, then we invite you to drop by Asian Mint-Forest Lane on April 23, 2019, at 6:30 PM. We’ll have another free seminar on addressing chronic health concerns like stress and fatigue.

Asian Mint has partnered with Self Unbound for a series of seminars entitled “Stress, Fatigue, and Health Concerns: A Holistic Approach.” Through these seminars, we aim to help you get to the root of your health issues and find more comprehensive solutions to these issues.

Self Unbound’s co-owners Dr. Amy Gunderson DC and Dr. Tyler Lewis DC will conduct this seminar series. They’re both highly experienced chiropractors who got their degrees from Parker University in Dallas.

The seminar is completely free and comes with a free dinner. However, we only have a limited number of seats. So if you want to attend, you’ll need to register here. If you can’t come to the April 23 session, no worries. You can catch the next session on May 7, 2019.

Self Unbound is a Dallas wellness center that specializes in the chiropractic approach called network spinal care. Network spinal care is designed to guide your body to create sustainable and efficient strategies for reducing fatigue and relieving stress. Self Unbound also offers holistic health classes as well as life coaching.
