Summer Dishes

With the hot days and sultry nights of the Dallas summer, now is the favorite time of year to be out with friends, dining at one of the city’s best restaurants.

Feast on small savory dishes, like the Spicy Tuna Crisps topped with seaweed salad or the Shrimp Rangoon with cream cheese and a sweet and sour dipping sauce. These are perfect appetizers to pair with a refreshing Asian Mule, a cocktail with lemongrass-infused vodka.

If you’re in the mood for a lighter dish, the Grilled Salmon Salad or the Asian Noodle Salad, shrimp and minced chicken mixed with low carb noodles, seasonal vegetables, and a hint of mint and cilantro. Both are a favorite among food critics.

And of course, you can’t forget dessert. Try a slice of the Green Tea Ice Cream Cake to cool your palette for an guiltless indulgence.
