Asian Mint Restaurant
We opened with an idea of wanting to have a fresh, easy going, approachable Asian restaurant with fresh flavors.
We use fresh ingredients on a daily basis. We really don’t even have a freezer in the back.
We have a majority of Thai-fused dishes with our background being from Thailand.
We have Asian-fused desserts such as our green tea cake, our jasmine crème brulee, our sticky rice with ice cream.
We are known for our pad thais, our fried rices, and our salmon and sea bass dishes.
We have an amazing duck dish as well at The Mint in Highland Park.
We have a full bar, happy hour specials, sushi, just anything you can think of.
