Hey, Mint Fanatics! CultureMap Dallas just listed our upcoming Asian Mint February Cooking Class in its list of the best food and drink events this week. In case you missed it, the cooking class is going to be this Saturday, February 8, 2020, at the Inwood Village location. The class will run from 10:30 AM until noon.
If you haven’t signed up for the class yet, please do so soon as our slots are running out. You can get your tickets here.
For our Asian Mint February Cooking Class, we’ll be learning how to cook tom yum, tom kha, and fried rice. Tom yum and tom kha are both hot and sour soups that are just perfect for when the weather is cold. They’re classic examples of Thai comfort food. Tom yum has a base made from a spicy paste. Tom kha, on the other hand, is also known as Thai coconut soup. As its name suggests, it uses coconut milk for its base.
The cooking class is also open to kids eight years and older, making it a great family bonding activity. The lesson is hands-on and highly interactive. And if you’re vegan or following a gluten-free diet, the recipes can be customized to your preferences.
Thank you so much, CultureMap Dallas, for putting the word on our Asian Mint February Cooking Class out there.
Again, if you don’t have your tickets yet, you can get them here. See you in class!
