Dallas Observer Iron Fork
The Iron Fork, to be held at Centennial Hall at Fair Park, is a food extravaganza that is different and brilliant. At the heart of it, there will be a Chef Challenge where two preeminent names, Aaron Staudenmaier of Lovers Seafood and Market and Eric Dreyer of Fearing’s Restaurant, will come face to face to whip up a storm. They will receive a basket of ingredients provided by Whole Foods Market and will battle it out for the prestigious Iron Fork award. The Chef Challenge event will be moderated by Restaurateur Kent Rathbun.
For foodies out there, this is your one stop solution where you can eat to your heart’s content. All passes, whether VIP or General Admission, give you access to unlimited samples from participating restaurants like Asian Mint ®. Eight drink samples are also included in the pass, and you can purchase more sampling cards at the venue.
Asian Mint ® is proud to be associated with this fun and unique event. To have so many different cuisines available under one roof is so exciting. We hope to see you there to make the event a huge success.
