Dallas, TX—February 2017— Asian Mint’s Chef Nikky Phinyawatana has selected her personal favorites and created a special menu that will truly captivate guests visiting the Forest Lane location this Valentine’s Day. Guests can choose the perfect duo of fresh red snapper topped with crab meat and a red curry reduction sauce perfectly paired with strawberry and mango salsa served with coconut rice. Another personal favorite being offered will include grilled chicken breast and shrimp topped with Tamarind sauce and served with coconut rice.
