Asian Mint Previews James Beard House Menu

Dallas, TX- October 11, 2017 – The VIP culinary preview dinner honored Ron Hall, author of Same Kind of Different As Me. The event was held at Asian Mint’s newest location at Inwood Village in Dallas, Texas, on Sunday, October 8th. Attendees were in awe during the five-course meal that included wine pairings. Beth Hall accepted the 2017 Inspiration Award on behalf of her husband Ron who was traveling. The award recognized his involvement in working with the homeless.

“I was so excited to preview our James Beard House Menu at the VIP Dinner” stated Asian Mint’s Founder and Chef, Nikky Phinyawatana. “We were thrilled to have the eWomenNetwork Dallas and Tarrant County Chapters in attendance along with UGM Dallas and local media representatives.” Funds from the event will help sponsor the North Park movie premiere of The Same Kind Of Different As Me on October 18th . The eWomenNetwork Foundation will also receive a donation from the event’s proceeds.

“I am honored to showcase Thailand and Texas at the James Beard House in NYC on November 8th,” stated Chef Nikky Phinyawatana. The James Beard Foundation’s mission is to celebrate, nurture, and honor chefs and other leaders making America’s food culture more delicious, diverse, and sustainable for everyone.
