Asian Mint Welcomes in Spring at Dallas Arboretum’s Food and Wine Festival

Dallas, Texas March 12, 2018 – Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, co-founder of Asian Mint, will join her peers at the international-themed culinary Food and Wine Festival on March 22nd at the Dallas Arboretum from 7:00 -10:00 pm. Chef Nikky and other top chefs will showcase their cuisine while foodies have the opportunity to sample over 120 wonderful wines. Asian Mint will be serving a delicious Asian Noodle Salad on Aquaponic Lettuce locally grown in Terrell, Texas by Breeden Fresh Farms.

“This is a terrific event every year, and we are excited to participate,” stated Chef Nikky, owner of Asian Mint. Asian Mint will open their newest restaurant concept this spring called EnjoyMint, located at 300 W. Campbell Road, Suite 140 in Richardson, Texas. The new concept will offer a fresh, fast and casual dining experience similar to what guests experience in Bangkok, Thailand. This will be Chef Nikky’s fourth restaurant in the Dallas Metroplex.
