Dallas, Texas September 7, 2018– EnjoyMint celebrated their ribbon cutting event with a full house, including Richardson City Council Member, Bob Dubey, members of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, representatives from UT Dallas Richardson, local businesses, organizations, and churches. EnjoyMint was filled with smiles and laughter as people enjoyed great food and company. Chef Nikky’s first ribbon cutting ceremony was nothing short of a wild success! EnjoyMint opened last month at 300 W. Campbell Road, Suite 140 in Richardson offering a fast and casual dining concept tailored to serve a quick, fresh meal in 20 minutes or less.
“We are so excited to serve the Richardson community with this high-tech, millennial friendly atmosphere that resembles what I grew up with in Bangkok ,” stated Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, founder/owner of EnjoyMint and Asian Mint. “We believe our guests will enjoy the fresh, healthy and innovative menu options.”
The EnjoyMint concept resembles popular Thai bowls with fresh vegetables, noodles and rice options topped with skewers of grilled steak, chicken or shrimp. They also have a wide menu selection catering to vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free guests. The cashless ordering system with a visual kiosk offers guests a quick alternative for dine-in or carry-out.
Chef Nikky will be participating with Senior Executive Chef, Gene Christiano, for the UT Dallas Asian Fusion Dinner to be held on September 13, 2018.
