Location is vital to any brick-and-mortar business, ore so if that business is a restaurant. It’s not enough that you set up shop at just any place you like. You have to make sure that your location fits your vision for your business and helps you reach your target clients.
So, whenever we plan on opening a new Asian Mint branch, we carefully scout and select its location. We want to make sure that wherever we go, we’d be a good fit with the community we’re joining.
The same thing probably goes when it comes to buying a new home. It’s not enough that you like the house or condo unit you’re looking at. It has to fit your needs – be accessible to your work or school, or be close to your favorite supermarket, shops, and restaurants.
Speaking of favorite restaurants and real estate, Asian Mint just landed in Carroll/Eltis Real Estate Group’s top restaurant picks for 2018. We’re extremely flattered and thankful to be included in this list.

Asian Mint is about community
For us, Asian Mint is more than just a restaurant that serves Thai food. We’ve always envisioned it as a sort of gathering place, a place where the people of the community we have chosen to be part of come together. We’ve put tremendous effort in selecting the neighborhood we will be part of. We’ve also put a lot of work in creating the perfect ambiance and service that will make the people of that neighborhood accept us into their fold.
And because we believe in creating a symbiotic relationship with the community into which we’ve planted ourselves, we try to give back to the community as much as we can. We’ve been so blessed since we opened the doors to our first location at 75 & Forest Lane. Who knows how we will grow in the years to come?
A restaurant like Asian Mint is more than just the real estate it stands on. It’s about becoming an indelible part of the community it has chosen to belong to. That’s why its location is important to its success. See you at one of our locations soon.
