At Asian Mint, we’ve made it a point to include vegetarian options in our menu. Vegetarian food is a big part of Asian cuisine. We may attempt to put our own modern and eccentric spin on it, and we honor the cuisine’s traditions in every way possible. More importantly, offering vegetarian options is our way of making sure every guest that passes through our doors is welcome. No matter what their dietary needs are, our job is to make sure they’ll find something on our menu that they can enjoy.
So we’re truly happy to learn that our efforts to accommodate our vegetarian friends have not gone unnoticed. Movoto has included Asian Mint in its list of ten best Dallas restaurants for vegetarians. Here’s a shout-out and a thank you to Movoto for the honor.
Movoto Real Estate and City Guides
Movoto is a real estate and city guide covering all 50 states, including Washington DC. The site primarily works as a marketplace where you can find a home in your chosen city or have your home listed for sale. Movoto helps you connect with an accredited real estate agent to help you with your needs.
But Movoto is more than just a place online where you can search for a new home or sell your own property. Its blog is chockfull of information for property owners. There you can learn about gardening, home improvements, home safety, creating a sustainable home, and other topics homeowners may find interesting.
Additionally, Movoto has detailed city guides. These guides will tell you where the best restaurants and bars in any city are, or where you can go for fun. Some guides are about the best neighborhoods to check out in any city, or what quirks people from a specific city may have.
Asian Mint’s Vegetarian Options
So, what dining options do you have at Asian Mint if you’re a vegetarian? For starters, we have fried vegetable egg rolls made with cabbage, carrot, and onion. We serve it with sweet-and-sour sauce. An alternative is our vegetable dumplings, with Asian vegetables and tangy soy sauce. You can enjoy these dumplings steamed or fried.
If you want a salad, we offer house salads and a more traditional papaya salad. Our house salads are made with organic spring mixes and seasonal vegetables, along with crunchy cashews, toasted sesame seeds, and mint. You can have this salad dressed with lime vinaigrette or Thai peanut dressing. You can even make it heartier with crispy tofu. As for the papaya salad, we make it with green papaya, long green beans, carrots, grape tomatoes, peanuts, and tamarind-chili-lime dressing.
When you order curry, fried rice, or noodles with us, you can choose to have your order with vegetables and tofu. You can even have steamed vegetables on the side with your noodles.
If you’re vegetarian, you’re more than welcome at Asian Mint. We’ve got you covered. So come and visit us for brunch, lunch, happy hour, or dinner. See you soon!
