Chef Nikky: Thai Texan Culinary Visionary
Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, founder of Asian Mint, is a celebrated Thai Texan chef and entrepreneur blending her Bangkok roots with Dallas culture. Trained in culinary arts and business, she has created one of the most beloved Thai restaurant groups in Dallas. With bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a deep love for community, Chef Nikky has earned awards and recognition while inspiring guests to discover the beauty of authentic Thai food with a modern fusion twist

As president of Les Dames d’Escoffier International and a leader in Dallas’s restaurant community, she mentors future chefs and uplifts women in the culinary industry. Her work, awards, and cultural celebrations continue to share Thai heritage with the world.
