Whether you’re lying by the pool, in your favorite porch chair or at the best local park, there are endless ways to have fun in the sun with our Asian-inspired fresca mocktails! Infused with green tea, these quick and easy mocktails are the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day.  

Inspired by the classic South American agua fresca, often found in Mexico and Mexican restaurants, these mocktails bring an Asian twist and are a great alternative that the whole family can enjoy! And of course, If you’re looking for a little extra kick, add 1.5 ounces of desired alcohol and create your own delicious cocktail sampler at home.  Summer Mocktail Recipes: 

Mango Mint 

Ingredients: Mango purée, fresh mint, palm sugar, and green tea  

  • Brew your favorite green tea and let chill. 
  • Cut a nicely ripened mango and puree in a blender with palm sugar to taste. 
  • Layer the drink with a full glass of ice, using the mango puree to fill half the glass.  
  • Next, add 4-6 teared fresh mint leaves, and top it off with your chilled green tea.  
  • Garnish with fresh mint.  

 Berry Basil 

Ingredients: Mixed berries, fresh basil, palm sugar, and green tea  

  • Brew your favorite green tea and let chill. 
  • Puree fresh or frozen mixed berries in a blender with palm sugar to taste. 
  • Layer the drink with a full glass of ice, using the berry puree to fill half the glass. 
  • Add 4-6 teared fresh basil leaves, and top it off with your chilled green tea. 
  • Garnish with fresh berries and basil.  

 Lychee Ginger 

Ingredients: Lychees, fresh Ginger, Palm sugar, and Green Tea  

  • Brew your favorite green tea and let chill. 
  • Muddle 4 lychees from can in light syrup, and add syrup and palm sugar to taste.  
  • Muddle in ½ tablespoon of fresh ginger. 
  • Layer the drink with a full glass of ice, using the lychee and juice mixture to fill half the glass. 
  • Top with chilled green tea. 
  • Garnish with whole lychees and fresh ginger.
